Treatment charges include required consultation, treatment and dressings but not medication or creams.
Where a patients condition requires specialist treatment patients will be referred to their GP or a podiatric specialist.
All treatments are quoted for and fully explained before treatment is agreed and commenced.All instruments used are either disposable or are sterilised in a steam autoclave.
Total Foot Care can provide home visits within the Farnworth, Bolton, Swinton and Worsley areas to people with limited mobility and are unable to come to the clinic.

We currently provide our services to several care homes in the Farnworth, Bolton and Leeds areas.
From a basic chiropody and nail cutting service to more advanced services such as:
» Providing vascular and neurological assessment in the long-term management of chronic disorders and specialist high risk patient groups.
» Treating ulcers, providing wound management, advice and referral as appropriate.
» Using therapeutic techniques, such as carrying out minor surgery using local anaesthesia.
» Prescribing, producing and fitting orthotics and other aids and appliances.
» Delivering foot health education, particularly to more vulnerable groups in society such as the homeless, the elderly, children and those with general medical problems such as osteo-arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
» Working closely with other medical practitioners such as doctors, nurses, health visitors, physiotherapists in the provision of multidisciplinary team delivery of healthcare.
We currently offer our services to staff of Bupa at Salford Quays and Leeds along with Shop Direct in Bolton.
We are also looking for Corporate Clients in the Leeds area
We can also offer our services to any business that operates from commercial, industrial and warehouse premises who understand the importance of safe footwear.
Total Foot Care can provide on-site chiropody and podiatry services to ensure that your staff are not just safe from direct injury but are also protected form longer term problems caused by incorrect footwear.
Staff would receive initial assessments, followed by regular assessments to provide an ongoing service that can make a huge difference to productivity and also result in a decrease in days lost due to foot problems.
Staff will receive information relating to foot health, hygiene, nail care.
